All Tourist Applicants must be over the age of 21. The Medical
Cannabis Card is valid only in the Puerto Rico territories. To
obtain a Medical Cannabis Card it is necessary to be a US citizen
or a Puerto Rico resident with a valid ID. The card is not
available for non-residents or tourists from foreign countries.
With less than a month to go before the European Union enacts new
consumer privacy laws for its citizens, companies around the world
are updating their terms of service agreements to comply.
The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (G.D.P.R.)
goes into effect on May 25 and is meant to ensure a common set of
data rights in the European Union. It requires organizations to
notify users as soon as possible of high-risk data breaches that
could personally affect them.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please enter the required information into the form and upload a
photo or scan of a valid ID (Driver's License or passport). Select
one of the three (3) medical cannabis License options and complete
the payment process.
Once your application is received, a licensed MD will review your
case and if approved, your medical cannabis license will be
created. You will be notified immediately via email. The medical
cannabis License will be sent to the dispensary closest to you or
to the email provided. Uploading a photo or scan of a valid ID is
mandatory in order to validate your identity and proceed with your
application.
